This painting reflects our innate desire to reconnect with nature, even while living in a modern, highly developed world. I turned to black, a color of mystery and the unknown, and set it against green, which evokes the living essence of the natural world. The contrast became a way to question how we balance progress with our primal roots. As Adorno suggested, it is the enigma of art that makes it truly comprehensible — inviting us to look deeper, beyond the surface, to discover meaning for ourselves.
