The Crow and The Girl

This painting belongs to a beach-inspired series. While sketching two girls, I noticed a crow waiting nearby, and one girl’s hair began to resemble a bird’s silhouette. That coincidence inspired the work. I reimagined the crow as a sentient, partly human figure engaged in a quiet exchange with the girl. Surreal elements create a dreamlike space where nature and humanity merge.
